The film is about the Nagaibaks, an amazing small people living in the Southern Urals.The ancestors of modern Nagaibaks took an active part in the Patriotic War of 1812, they, together with the Russian army, liberated Europe from the French and reached Paris itself.

We live in an era of change. As it is fashionable to say now, "in the history textbook." The guests of the project are scientists, economists, journalists, cultural figures. They all have something to say about how to live in these difficult times, how to find a foothold, how to become stronger.
